  Q: Is my personal and credit card information safe?
    A. Your information is safe. The London-Travel-Centre.com site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet (see our security).

  Q: My booking - is it guaranteed?
    A. London-Travel-Centre.com bookings are confirmed to you as soon your credit card transaction is approved and you will receive email confirmation from us for each service booked.

  Q: When is my card charged and by how much?
    A. In order to receive the discounted prices we offer, we charge your card in full at the time of confirmation of services.

  Q: How do I change an existing booking?
    A. Email or fax us as soon as possible to reservations@london-travel-centre.com or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413, however last-minute prices are not always available and charges for the administration and hotel cancellation penalties may be applied (see below). The date of receipt of such written amendments to confirmed bookings shall be deemed the date of amendment and shall be subject to the following charges:

    0-72 hours £20.00 in total
    More than 72 hours £10.00 in total

    Guest name changes or child age changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability.

  Q: If I need to cancel my booking what do I do?
    A. Cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions: Any cancellation to a reservation for which we have sent you a booking confirmation, must be made in writing to London-Travel-Centre.com via the London-Travel-Centre.com website - www.london-travel-centre.com or by email to: reservations@london-travel-centre.com or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413.

    Hotel cancellations:

    Notice period Charges
    0-72 hours The charge for the first nights accommodation per room booked
    72 hours - 1 week The lesser of a) £40.00 or b) the charge for the first nights accommodation per room booked
    1 - 2 weeks The lesser of a) £20.00 or b) the charge for the first nights accommodation per room booked
    More than 2 weeks No charges

    If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when London-Travel-Centre.com receives notification from you during London-Travel-Centre.com working hours (see to contact us). All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after the London-Travel-Centre.com receipt of notification.

    Sightseeing tours, restaurant reservations, airport transfers:

    Notice period Charges
    0-24 hours 100% of the total value of the booking
    24 – 72 hours 15% of the total value of the booking
    More than 72 hours No charges

    Theatre and entrance tickets:

    Notice period Charges
    Upon booking 100% of the total value of the booking

    Cancellations notified directly to the suppliers(s) will not be effective. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via the London-Travel-Centre.com website - www.london-travel-centre.com or by email to reservations@london-travel-centre.com or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413 and the date of receipt of such written.
