The room types used by London-Travel-Centre.com
are as follows:
- Single room: Contains one single bed. Suitable for
one person.
- Twin room: Contains two single beds in the same room.
Suitable for two people.
- Double room: Contains one double bed. Suitable for
one or two people.
- Triple room: Three single beds, one of which may
be a pull down or roll away bed, in the same room. Suitable for three
people.
- Twin room for sole use: Contains two single beds
or one double bed in the same room, to be occupied by one person.
- Extra bed: suitable for a child under the age of
18 years.
- Cot, cradle or crib: Cot, cradle or crib suitable
for a child under the age of two years.

| Apartment Room Types |
The apartment room types used by London-Travel-Centre.com are as follows:
- Studio: Contains kitchenette and one double bed or two twin beds. Suitable for up to two persons.
- One Bedroom Apartment: Contains a kitchenette, a living room and a bedroom with one double bed or two twin beds. Suitable for up to two persons.
- Two Bedroom Apartment: Contains a kitchenette, a living room and two bedrooms each with one double bed or two twin beds. Suitable for up to four persons.

| Theatre/Entrance tickets, Restaurants, Sightseeing Tours and Transfers |
- Tickets for theatre shows and entrances cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
- London Travel Centre.com acts as an agent only and has no control over the event or venue.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Rules and Regulations of the event organiser/venue which are available on request. The event organiser/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.
- If items purchased through London Travel Centre.com are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than London Travel Centre.com, the event organiser/venue or one of their authorised sub-agents, the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
- In the case of theatre shows, all prices, which are displayed show separately the face value of the tickets, any applicable payment processing fees, booking fees and any applicable dispatch/handling charges. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
- Tickets and items purchased from London Travel Centre.com by customers outside the UK will be available for collection from the event venue on the date of performance or upon arrival at the hotel, restaurant or attraction.
- In the case of airport transfers, the driver will wait until the baggage has cleared and will have the airport information desk call out the name of the passenger. Should the passenger after a reasonable wait thereafter still not appear, the driver will the and only then depart the airport.
- In the case of sightseeing tours/restaurants, you should appear at the venue punctually and asp er the booked time. Should you not be punctual for whatever reason, the tour may depart and/or the restaurant table and no recompense will be made.
- Your name and address will be held by London Travel Centre.com. This information will not be divulged to, sold or shared with any other organisation. London Travel Centre.com may, from time to time send you information by email or post which London Travel Centre.com believes may be of interest to you. In the case of theatre tickets, a copy of your personal data will also be held by Encore Tickets Ltd, our ticket supplier who are licensed solely to use your information for the processing of your booking and not for on-going marketing purposes. In purchasing a ticket through this system you agree with and are bound by the terms and conditions above. If, at any time, after you have made your booking, you wish to be removed from the company's mailing list then you simply have to request the same by using our enquiry form.
- Gatwick Express tickets are website fare specials and are non refundable and non exchangeable.

| How do i change an existing booking? |
A. Email or fax us as soon as possible to reservations@london-travel-centre.com or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413, however last-minute prices are not always available and charges for the administration and hotel cancellation penalties may be applied (see below). The date of receipt of such written amendments to confirmed bookings shall be deemed the date of amendment and shall be subject to the following charges:

| If I need to cancel my booking what do i do? |
A. Cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions: Any cancellation to a reservation for which we have sent you a booking confirmation, must be made in writing to London-Travel-Centre.com via the London-Travel-Centre.com website - www.london-travel-centre.com or by email to: reservations@london-travel-centre.com or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when London-Travel-Centre.com receives notification from you during London-Travel-Centre.com working hours (see to contact us). All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after the London-Travel-Centre.com receipt of notification.

Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

| Complaints |
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to London-Travel-Centre.com in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding any services booked via London-Travel-Centre.com must be brought to the attention of the hotel, theatre, restaurant or attraction management or in the case of tours or transfers, to the tour guide or chauffeur respectively at the earliest possible opportunity. If this is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing at London-Travel-Centre.com.

London-Travel-Centre.com uses the latest secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, the industry standard which is powered by the most comprehensive software available today for secure commerce transactions. SSL is the protocol used on the internet to encrypt messages so that they can be sent securely. It encrypts all of your details, including credit or debit card number, name and address and so on, so that they cannot be read as the information travels across the internet.
